This role is primarily telehealth-based, with optional in-person opportunities depending on your location, client needs, and office availability. As a Michigan-licensed clinician, you can see clients via telehealth statewide and add in-person sessions if you choose to offer them.
Most clinicians see their first clients within 30 days of starting. After your license and malpractice coverage are verified (Week 0), we begin orientation and send your first cases — typically 6 clients by Day 30. Your caseload builds to 8–12 clients by Day 60, and reaches a full 14–18 client caseload by Day 90.
No. We match inbound clients to your specialty and clinical orientation, not a single modality — CBT experience is a plus but not a requirement to start. Supervision and case formulation support deepen during your first 60 days as your caseload grows.

If it's a good fit, we verify your license and malpractice coverage, finalize HIPAA paperwork, and get your EHR and Psychology Today/TherapyDen profiles live — so you're seeing your first clients within weeks, not months.
We welcome pre-licensed clinicians working toward full licensure — our license badges include LMSW alongside LPC, LMFT, PsyD, and PhD. Supervision is built into the onboarding process from Day 1.
Notes are due within one week of the service date — but you're never on your own. We have systems in place to help you complete them accurately and efficiently, so staying on top of documentation feels manageable, not overwhelming.
